• Civil works on pumping station;
• Hydro-mechanical equipment in pumping station:
-Replacement of two existing submersible well pumps with new ones, manufactured by Pleuger, characteristics: Q=50l/s, H=125 m;
-Removal of existing pressure pipes from boreholes and installation of new INOX pipelines for two new pump units Ø150 in length of 40m and on
existing two pump units Ø150 in length of 40m as well as on the remaining pump aggregate Ø125 in length of 20m;
-Replacement of armatures and fittings on the pressure pipelines, as well as the parts of the pressure pipelines within the pump station.
• Construction and installation of electrical equipment:
-Construction and installation of electrical cabinets with frequency controllers for five pumps and PLC for process control of pump station;
-Software development for PLC;
-Construction, connecting and commissioning of the central monitoring system SCADA;
-Wiring and connecting of system;
-Reconstruction of power transformer unit 10/0,4 kV, 630 kVA, with replacement of all equipment on NN side of the power transformer unit;
-Replacement of transformer feeder cables of the main electrical cabinet.
• Measuring and regulation equipment in pumping station:
-Electronic dry-run protection (5);
-Electronic continuous water level measurement in wells 0-35m with a current output signal of 4-20 mA (1);
-Electronic pressure gauge 0-15 bar, with a current output signal of 4-20 mA (2);
-Electromagnetic flow meter ABB MagMaster DN300 PN16;
-Electromagnetic flow meter ABB MagMaster DN250 PN16;
• Delivery and installation of the system for automatic dosing of gas chlorine.
