Saint Gobain Condotte Italy is a member of the Saint Gobain Group and has been developing and manufacturing armatures for the regulation of water supply systems for more than 70 years.
Characteristics:
Automatic control valves do not need additional energy for its functioning. They are made of ductile cast iron (DCI) with epoxy protective layer 250 microns thick, while internal parts and joints are made of stainless steel.
Automatic hydraulic valves are capable of:
• Automatic ON/OFF activity;
• Pressure control;
• Flow monitoring;
• Level monitoring;
• Outlet/pressure control;
• Shutting-off high flow;
• Preventing water hammer;
One valve can integrate several functions.
They are manufactured in a variety of sizes from DN 50 to DN 700, for the pressure PN 10 to PN 25.
The main parts of the Automatic E 2001 control valve are:
• Body;
• Pilot;
• Pipe connection system.
A valve chamber is the most important part for valve function. Changes in the chamber volume provide a variety of positions of the valve disk.
Control pipe connections combine multifunctional central control unit TUP-93, and one or more pilot valves, by which the desired pressure or flow is regulated.
The main valve and pilot valve operate only with hydraulic energy ensuring thus a completely autonomous operation and reliability of the unit.
