Characteristics:
Needle valves, with almost linear characteristics, enable a very precise regulation of pressure and flow. They are used for flow regulation, with small losses when the valve is fully open. It is made of ductile cast iron with a two-side epoxy protection layer of at least 250 microns and the interior parts are made of stainless steel.
The size ranges from DN 100 to DN 1000 and the pressure ranges from PN10 to PN25.By means of additional anti-cavitation cylinders the system’s efficiency can be optimized. The piston drive can be manual, electric or hydraulic.
