The manufacturer of the above mentioned thermal energy meter is Sontex S.A. Company from Switzerland which boasts its long-lasting tradition and an innovative approach of thermal energy consumption.
Characteristics:
The static heat meter Superstatic 440 with the integrator unit Supercal 531 belongs to the group of meters with no moving parts.
The meter with a fluid jet represents the part for water measurement which acts on the principle of the Coanda effect. The meter has a linear characteristic and enables measurement with relatively high accuracy EN 1434 Classification 3.
Meters Superstatic are optimally adapted to measure heat energy consumption of thermal energy systems for heating, cooling or the combined systems.
The maintenance of the flow sensor of the meter is simple and cost effective because of the compatibility of spare parts. Modular design of the Supercal 531 integrator unit enables easy adaptation to various types of powers and communications on the site.
Temperature sensors are made of platinum with a resistance of 100 Ω or 500 Ω at 0°C. The temperature sensors of the reverse flow pipe up to DN 40 can be integrated in the housing of the water meter. By default, supply sensors and return sensors are designed for installation in the pipe or sleeve.
