Pressure transmitter with CERTEC measuring cell

Function:
The CERTEC® measuring cell with ceramic diaphragm is sensor’s element. Process pressure acting through ceramic diaphragm changes capacitance of the measuring cell. This change is converted into the output signal and output is measured value.

Function:
The process pressure causes a change in resistance of the sensor element via stainless still diaphragm. This change is converted into a corresponding output signal and the signal output is the measured value. With the operating range of 16 bars, piezoresistive sensor element with internal transmission of fluid is used. For pressures up to 25 bars the pressure of the sensor is used on the edge of the measuring diaphragm of stainless steel. This dry system operates without additional insulation of fluid.
