For more than 30 years Controlmatik-ABW Slovenia has been developing and manufacturing equipment for dosing gas chlorine and fluid chlorine in water, for continuous measurement of chlorine quantity in water and for measurement of chlorine presence in the air. It aslo develops and produces equipment for chlorine neutralization in the air, and in case of uncontrolled leakage in the air from the system. Constant development and long-term experience are a guarantee for technical perfection and outstanding quality of their products.
Controlmatik-ABW products can be divided into several basic groups:

The basic regulation equipment are vacuum regultors. They are designed for dosing of gas chlorine, but with some changes other gases can be dosed to, like amonium, chlorine-dioxide and sulfur dioxide. Vacuum regulators function on modern indirect vacuum principle, in conformity with the DIN 19606 Standard. Vacuum regulators have been effectively applied for many years in numerous projects and other applications as well:
• Potable water and swimming pool water;
• Agriculture and food production;
• Paper and chemical industry;
• Cooling water for industry and electricity production;
• Waste water treatment.

After defining our customers’ needs we design and project equipment for the customer. Training of the customer personnel is done before commissioning the system. Controlmatik-ABW has a network of services to make interventions last shorter. Controlmatik-ABW equipment is present on the markets of ex Yugoslavia, as well as on the EU markets and around the world.
The vacuum regulator set consists of a vacuum regulator and gas chlorine dosing equipment (a measuring tube, rotameters with a dosing vavle, an ejector and on request electromagnetic valve for chlorine and automatic vacuum switchover).

Equipment for analyzing chlorination system comprises the follwing:
• Probe for measurement of free chlorine in water;
• pH and redox potential in water;
• The temperature of the analyzed media shows the presence and quantity of gas which is metered.
In order to improve the monitoring system various pressure and level indicators can be installed.
The measurement and regulation equipment can be connected via a variety of signal processing equipment (limiters, chart recorders, data-loggers, voltage units, overcurrent protection, microprocessor controllers). Microprocessor equipment can be connected to PC via standard RS 232 device.
Processor units for automatic regulation of the system for chlorine dosing can be monitored by program applications using PC.
The program is designed individually for each user, so the system provides the optimal water treatment.
