• Shot blasting machine for mechanical removal of dirt and debris from the water meter housing;
• Mechanical workshop with all necessary hand tools and machines;
-Facility for testing of water meters for cold water, DN15-DN40:
• Water meter test bench:
- One row in length of 5m, manual mechanical clamping, test Qmax (Qn, Qt, Qmin), simultaneous examination and closed system for water supply.
• Measuring vessel and scale:
- 350 l volume, drain DN40 and ball valve (INOX);
- Electronic balance 300kg, class II, resolution 2 g, terminal with digital display (INOX);
- Interface for reading electronic balance with the use of computers and automatic shutdown.
•Test bench:
-The frame, pipes and sink made of INOX;
-Hand tightening;
-Clamps.
•The elements of the test:
-Adjusting of the flow with needle and ball valve;
-Flow measurement with Endress + Hauser electro-magnetic flow meters:
-DN3/8“ to 30 l/min;
-DN40 to 700 l/min.
-Ejection and checking of air bubbles during the test.
• Vacuum pump;
• Temperature sensor;
• The capacity of test bench is 20.000 water meters a year.
•Annual average of water meters prepared for calibration is 4000, DN15-DN40.
